The Dance Vol.10 Flyer

We were approached by Georgia McCann of Channel 1 to design a distinctive flyer for the 10th volume of The Dance, a celebrated event held at Omakase Bar Juku in New York City.

Our concept paid homage to the intimate artistry of Japanese dining while marking the event’s milestone. The title, The Dance, was rendered entirely in soy sauce, with two chopsticks crossing to form an ‘X’—a subtle, elegant nod to Volume 10. This scene was captured as a photograph, emphasizing organic texture and fluid composition.

Event details were integrated in post-production, allowing the raw visual to remain central while balancing form and function. The final piece blended culinary minimalism with cultural symbolism, creating a flyer that felt both ephemeral and iconic.
